Assima Change Management Suite is a product designed for Assima Training Suite customers.

How it works

ACMS is a web-based, collaborative document management system that can be used for both back and front office functions.

Back office:

The training manager defines the roles of the different system users and the permissions for content access.

Authorised users can upload documents onto the platform in addition to creating rapid learning content.

These elements can be accessed by the training team and edited according to the defined workflow with tracked versioning and controlled publication based on role level.

End users can be monitored with statistics and reports produced based on the data collected relating to access, documents accessed, scores etc.

Front office:

End users can access all elements of their training programme from one place – elearning, rapid learning, documentation and other training support materials.

Training programme progress can be followed via the personalised reporting.
