How it Works

ATS captures the objects which make up an application's interface, such as fields, labels, buttons, tables and menus.  The capturing process creates a simulation whose screen objects behave and look like they do in the original application – a clone.

The Assima cloning technology does not rely on, or produce, screen shots of the application.

Rather, it works by capturing the information held within a screen about Objects and Actions: The objects' physical properties and values and the actions, where a user has clicked. This control over screen objects, data and actions, means it is easy to change and enhance the delivered content. Filters for language and templates for publish modes can be applied to one single source capture and deliver multiple, multilingual published outputs which integrate seamlessly into LMSes or other training portals.

1. Clone: Capture the application clone while navigating through the live system, performing actions.

2. Enrich: Enrich the clone: Advance the default instruction layer; Include rich media; Integrate 3rd party content; Advance multi navigation paths; Include assessment questions; Set error allowances; Define levels of help, correction and feedback.

3. Anonymise: Mask sensitive application data captured in the clone and anonymise into generic data, suitable for public use. Apply dictionaries to the clone which filter and replace the confidential information.

4. Translate: Translate and localise content for different countries or locales. Add dictionaries to the clone which apply translations and create multilingual outputs in all published modes.
