Product Support Analyst

Assima UK Ltd is looking for a UK Product Support Analyst to work as part of our fast paced and challenging support team. You will be working closely with the existing systems support and product development teams, ensuring our clients receive optimal solutions for their unique technical programmes based on Assima’s technology. The role requires close and effective interaction with customers over the phone, via email, via the Assima support centre and in person.

The role is based in London with some travel across the UK and possibly some international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software installation and ongoing client support; installation of Assima software within the client’s environment.
  • Manage clients’ expectations, issues, tools & ongoing issues and resolutions; to provide a high level of customer service and end to end ownership of incidents.
  • Develop & maintain excellent knowledge of all Assima’s technologies, core applications and working practices and ensure accurate & timely updates are maintained in the Assima contact centre system.
  • Assist in the investigation & resolution of incidents and problems relating to infrastructure and/or applications, operating and network systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in an IS, Computer Science or Engineering subject, or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of internet technologies: HTML and CSS, IIS 6 and 7, Microsoft Server 2008 and 2012, MS OS (XP, Win7 and Win8), JavaScript. Desirable: MS SQL, Website debugging, LDAP, Scorm, Active Directory.
  • Advanced interpersonal verbal and written skills; ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative; prioritising and managing workload.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and ability to analyse problems and offer bespoke solutions.
