SAP Training Development and Delivery Consultant

Due to our ongoing growth in Europe, we require talented individuals in the role of SAP Training and Development Consultants. You must be based in the UK, be a UK or EU passport holder and be 100% mobile and flexible to work in UK and Europe as needed.

We are looking for people with a good working knowledge of one or more of the following SAP modules: HR, Finance & Controlling, Order to Cash, Supply Chain and CRM, gained over a minimum of 2 life cycle implementations.

Training Development:

  • Significant experience in business training development and delivery both Instructor Led and E-Learning
  • Working knowledge of Business Process Mapping
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of rapid e-learning development or software simulation tools
  • Good working knowledge of one or more SAP modules. This could have been gained from either being a member of an implementation team, change agent or as an end/super user. Experience of other ERP applications would be desirable
  • Familiar with instructional design methodologies
  • Able to extract significant business information from Functional consultants and local SMEs
  • Apply consistent documentation and training development standards
  • Writing is professional in language, tone and grammar
  • Sharp attention to detail

Training Delivery:

  • Clear verbal communication, using professional language and tone
  • Delivery of training sessions that reflect best practice skills – ILT and/or E-learning
  • Able to adapt the course and the method to the audience requirements
  • Awareness of cultural differences
  • Able to deal with technical issues


  • Change management and end user support experience
  • Customer oriented behaviour
  • Able to work and deal with client demands and expectations
  • Provide recommendation on training delivery and development best practice
  • Support internal training team colleagues and initiatives
  • Manage client expectations
  • Provide end user and project team support
  • Manage own work load
  • Open communication about risks, delays and issues with local PM
  • Experience of testing is desirable

Skills & Qualifications:

You have achieved a Bachelors’ degree and are business-minded. You will be working in demanding multi-national and multi-disciplinary project environments, providing quality solutions in UK and/or Europe for 5 days a week, often under time pressure.

  • Experience of at least 2 SAP lifecycle implementation
  • Flexible, lateral thinking and adaptable to change
  • Articulate and have excellent verbal and written English skills
  • A second European language is highly desirable
  • Available to work and travel anywhere in the UK and in Europe for 5 days a week
  • Possess a current and valid UK or EU Passport
