Randall Anderson

Randall has a B.A. in economics from the American University in Washington, D.C., and a J.D. (law) from Georgetown University Law Center, also in Washington. He is a member of the bars of New York, the District of Columbia, federal district and appeals courts in New York as well as the Court of International Trade. He started his legal career as a litigation associate at the New York firm of Cravath Swaine & Moore. This was followed by partnership in firms in New York focused on international practice before moving with his family to London to join the firm of Keogh Caisley. He eventually left that firm to form his own practice. Randall has been advising Assima on their legal matters since 2004.
