Assima Technical Support teams are located in Europe and North America and wherever Assima subsidiary companies operate. Assima’s technical consultants are skilled in the Assima product suites and experienced in large scale application deployments. They scope the requirements and infrastructures of a project, deliver on-and off-site mentoring, product training and content development. Assima Technical Consultants bring best practice guidance and project acceleration toolsets, ensuring the optimum implementation of Assima technology.

Assima Support Centre is available 24/7, 365 days a year. It is the on-line customer communication vehicle, tracking queries, issues and requests for product enhancements. It operates under a strict Service Level Agreement process where tickets are raised, assigned, prioritized and closed according to the time periods indicated in the Assima Product Quality Assurance guide.
